Returns & Refunds

in line with UK distance selling regulations, returns may be requested within 14 days from the date of delivery and must be returned within a further 14 days from the date of request. (28 days max.)

The right of return does not include items which are physically damaged either deliberately or by incorrect usage of the product or Items which have been customised or made to order.

Faulty Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund and up to 6 months from the date of purchase to make a claim for a repair/replacement for production faults, excluding misuse as above.

Refunds will be for the Price of the item ONLY and does not cover carriage or any fees from international sales.

Terms of Sale

All goods remain the property of Kirkby Printed Creations until paid for in full.

Any charges or fees charged by customs on overseas purchases are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All returns require an RMA number be issued.

Returns must be received within 14 days of the RMA issuance. (see explanation of returns above)

Return postage is at the buyers expense unless expressly agreed in writing prior to the RMA.

Returns will be inspected for condition and refunds adjusted accordingly.

Refunds will be approved within 3 working days.

Refunds will only cover charges made directly by the company, any additional fees charged by any 3rd party are not included (customs, redelivery fees etc)
